11-chan (11ちゃん) is Shimuro's Windows 11 OS-tan, seen as early as June 2022. Pale yellow-green hair with blue highlights; heterochromatic blue/orange eyes with plus-shaped pupils. Personality reading: haughty about hardware requirements, rude to machines that fail the Windows 11 bar, unfamiliar with older media like DVDs. Sometimes accompanied by a bunny-girl (ears as '11').

Shimuro drew multiple Windows 11 gijinkas; Moeverse treats this 11-chan as the variant that stuck. Karv's 2021 Pixiv girl — later named Ichika Madobe by a subreddit poll — is more famous because an official Windows Instagram reel used her in 2024. Fame is not Futaba lineage. 11-chan is the lineage.
