Ichika Madobe (窓辺いちか) is a 2021 Pixiv Windows 11 design by the artist Karv, later named by an r/os-tan poll (she was 'Win11 Girl' first). She is a fan interpolation of the Madobe family, not a Navi+ character. A Windows Instagram reel on 26 September 2024 used the design, which is why English Wikipedia now mentions her — and why people keep calling her official. She is not.

Moeverse files her under Derivatives and warns that popularity plus an Instagram cameo made her look like 'the' Windows 11 moe. 11-chan is the Nijiura sequel. Windows 11 has no official OS-tan. Ichika is a third object: a high-visibility fan Madobe.
