CANON

98SE-tan (Secchan) is Windows 98 Second Edition as its own girl. Periwinkle or blue hair in a side ponytail, teal sailor uniform, can opener, wrestling fan. Green mech-box where 98-tan's is blue.

SE existed because 98 needed a second edition. The character exists because the board did not want to reuse Hacchan. TV Tropes leans on the can opener as a threat joke; treat that as comic tone. Canon status: separate from 98-tan on OSC's list.
