Trouble Windows OS-tan FanBook (Ohzora, 2005) collected work from many illustrators and included mini figures of 95-tan, Me-tan, and XP-tan, with space for 2K. Wikipedia credits GUHICO / Stranger Workshop for Me, 2K, XP figure designs and Fujisaki Shiro (H.B.Company) for 95. A community Me-tan kit showed at Wonder Festival 2005 Winter, then a 1/8 PVC.

Parthenon Production / Pink Company commercialized some OS-tan goods. Deja Vu sold digital comics. OSC tracked these as commercial fan products, not vendor mascots.

From 2009, DSP editions are a different industry: limited Windows SKUs with character wallpapers, event sounds, mice, and Akihabara chase variants. See Madobe family. Nanami's Touch Mouse Artist Edition even shipped a themed Windows 7 pack. That is advertising bundled with the OS installer. It is not Ohzora.
