Claudia Madobe (クラウディア・窓辺) is the Azure-side Madobe: Cloud Girl manga, tutor figure, cousin of Nanami. Wakaba design; Eri Kitamura as voice in campaign materials. Unlike Tōko, Microsoft Japan did put her (and Claude) in official Azure character usage guidelines. The original guideline page is archived. ANN covered the moe Azure mascot in 2014.

Name is a cloud pun. She is not Vista-tan and not a Futaba 'server girl.' She shows up in group DSP art (Wikipedia's 8.1 box-art lineup: Claudia, Yū, Ai, Nanami) and in the Through the Window MMD opening. Ruri Azumi is the student in Cloud Girl lore.
