DISPUTED

Vista-tan is a problem, not a character. Windows Vista shipped into a fandom that already had a method, and the method broke. Multiple popular designs exist. OSC's canon list does not settle her. This wiki stamps the slot DISPUTED and names the looks.

Chiivistan is the look English pages mean by default: green hair, dark coat, Windows-shield collar, sometimes a scepter. Wikipedia describes young vs more mature variants. Know Your Meme files Chiivistan as +Nijiura+'s side of a rivalry.

Vistake is the Futaba-associated silver-hair design (screw on the forehead, red/white sailor fuku, sometimes a scythe). Visbou appears as a related ninja-coded sister in some writeups. +Nijiura+ also split Vista by edition (Ultimate, Home Premium, Home Basic, Business, Enterprise) the same way it split Mac OS X.

Longhorn-tan on the 2004 Vault is a pre-release placeholder, not Chiivistan. Do not collapse six years of argument into one infobox photo.
