Nijiura here means Futaba's 二次元裏 board. Me-tan, the Vault, Toshiaki comics, and the later Seven-chan / 11-chan line are this board's culture. If a source says 'Nijiura' without qualifying, check whether it means Futaba or +Nijiura+.
