+Nijiura+
FAN+Nijiura+ is not Futaba's Nijiura board. OSC describes it as more CG / 3D / wallpaper-oriented. It kept the OS-tan habit and rejected some Futaba shortcuts — especially a single generic Mac girl covering every OS X release.
Documented expansions: Mac OS X as Cheetah, Puma, Jaguar, Panther, Tiger, Leopard (codename animals → catgirl reading). Vista split by edition (Ultimate, Home Premium, Home Basic, Business, Enterprise). A BeOS section is mentioned in OSC's introduction. Sato (formerly Esu) is credited on Moeverse for various Mac OS X characters from that milieu.
When an English page says 'the Mac-tans,' ask which cast. Futaba's Mac-tan (often bomb-throwing rival of 95-tan) is one character. +Nijiura+'s big cats are a series.
