Ten-chan is the Nijiura-associated Windows 10 girl designed by Mega Ogre (メガオーガ) in 2016. Moeverse lists the artist as still active on some Japanese sites. '''Tōko Madobe''' is the 2015 CORP DSP mascot with a fan-voted name. Keep the folders apart.

English Wikipedia's Windows 10 section is almost entirely Tōko. That is a PR-visibility problem, not proof that Futaba skipped 10. Ten-chan is the missing row. This page stays short because public English secondary sources are still thin; it exists so the name is not absorbed into the Madobe article.
