Tōko Madobe (窓辺とおこ, also Touko) is the Windows 10 DSP promotional character from Windows Navi+. The name was chosen by a public contest and announced 31 July 2015. Tō / とお is a reading of ten. Profile: a Madobe from a hundred years in the future, likes games, part-time at a fictional Akihabara shop. '''Ten-chan''' is the FAN Windows 10 girl. Do not merge them.

Moeverse: March 2015 silhouette/Tenko at a Windows Spring Festival event in Osaka; May–June contest; kanji mixup between とおこ spellings during the vote. Softpedia-style English posts sometimes say 'Microsoft's mascot' as shorthand. Japanese Wikipedia (窓辺とおこ) says Techno-Alliance created her for DSP promotion and that she is not Microsoft-official.

She appears with Nanami in Windows 7 EoS content (2019–January 2020) and in later small retail campaigns (Moeverse cites a 2021 Dospara speaker drop). There is no Windows 11 sequel from Navi+.
