Dr. Norton is not an OS. He is on the original Vault roster anyway, because OS-tan comics are about living with a PC. XP Kaki-Aki is credited on Moeverse. The usual English reading is an untrustworthy doctor (Norton Ghost → ghost, invasive scans → creepy physicals). TV Tropes leans hard on the joke. Treat tone as fandom, presence as 2003 fact.
